1. Park the machine on a level surface. Ensure that the engine is OFF and
the traction control is in NEUTRAL.
2. Remove the spark plug wire from the engine spark plug.

A. Loosen the front cable jam nut (2) and lift the clutch cable (1) from the
casting slot of the engine base.
