  • Page 11 ADJUSTMENTS & USAGE GUIDE ADJUSTING THE SEAT The seat height of this bike is fully adjustable as it moves Up, Down. To adjust the height of Seat Post (No. 13), loosen and pull the Knob (No. 66) outward, then raise or lower the seat to the desired height.

    EXERCISE METER FUNCTION BUTTONS MODE: Press to display different function selections on LCD. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reset all values except odometer to zero. SET: To set up the target value for TIME, DISTANCE, and CAL. Press and hold for 2 seconds to speed up the increment. RESET: Press to reset function value during setting.
