    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP: 1 Turn the Pop-Pin Knob (No. 16) counter-clockwise to loosen it, then pull it out and unfold the Main Frame (No. 7). Reinsert and tighten the Pop-Pin Knob (No. 16) to secure the Main Frame (No. 7) in place. Attach the Front and Rear Stabilizers (No.

    COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS KEY FUNCTIONS: MODE: Press the “RED” MODE button to select one of the functions (Time, Speed, ODO, Distance, Calorie, and Scan). OPERATION PROCEDURES: ODO RPM DIST CAL SCAN TIME 1. AUTO ON/OFF: If you begin to cycle on the machine or if the MODE button is pressed on the monitor, the monitor will become active and shall remain active until you either stop cycling or press the MODE button on the monitor.
