The
NASTER
KEYBDARD
allows
you to progra~
several
of
the
nEndn
commands
described above,
in different Steps within Song Node.
This
al I ows
you to spi it this part of the seq_uencer' s memory into
several
separate
sec:tions
1
which can then be used as up to
four
individual
Songs.
(Always
with the proviso that there is enough me~ory capacity
free,
and that each song doesn't use too ~any of the eight
available
sequences!i. For easiest access, you shoild arrange these Songs in the
order
in
which you'll want to use them.
Pressing the
"RUN"
button
(with
the
SONG
LED
active} will start the first of your
songsj
the
sequencer
will
pause at the end,
and
hitting
the
"STOP/CONTINUEff
button starts your second Song. ln order to play~
those Songs that
start
at 70later Song Steps,
you will have to position the sequencer
to their starting location before pressing "STOP/CONTINUE".

You've put together a Song, and now decide that your composition would
sound
better if you re-arran~ed
it
scmewhat?
As if ~e'd forget
that
kind of musical fine tuning:
the BIT
nASTER
KEYBOARD
lets you do just
that,
without entering all the details again! You can delete a single
Step from your Song
1
or insert another, wherever you like.
It's real easy too:
just position the sequencer at the Step where you
want a change.
Press and hold the white "STEP" button (under the LEFT
display>,
and press the
n_.
key to delete this Step. To insert a Step
at
this
location
1
you press the
"+"
key ~hile
holding
the
"GTEP"
button,
then select SEQUENCE (using the white button under the CENTER
display)
and
enter
the nu~ber of the sequence you
want
to
insert
(using
the ~+1-• keys in the usual way).
In both cases,
the rest of
your recording re~ains unchanged.
6DN0 TEMPO
Vou
can
also
change
the tempo of any song
as
the
sequencer
is
playing,
without affecting the progra~med te~po that you stored while
recording.
Simply pressing the "TEMPOM buttons while the SONG LED in
the Sequencer Table is active will do the trick!
