We know assembling furniture, toys or accessories is not everyone's
favourite way to spend their time, so we've tried to make assembling
this item as quick and painless as possible.
Hopefully our efforts will have been worthwhile and you'll sail
through the whole process. But if it all feels a bit too much
like hard work, then we do have an assembly company we
can recommend: the Flatpack Construction Company offers a

A few important pointers before you start:
•
Please read the instructions right through before you start, and check
that all the components have been included in the pack; we find
separating all the hardware into piles makes it easier to be sure that
everything is present and correct.
•
Make sure you have the right tools. Allen keys are provided if required,
but screw drivers and other tools are not. You'll find details of the tools
you need at the beginning of the instructions.
•
Do not throw away any packing materials until assembly is complete,
just in case you accidentally discard smaller parts or hardware.

Component Check List Component Check List 1x Top Shelf - Base 1x Top Shelf - Back Upstand 1x LH Side Panel 1x Upper Back Panel 1x Top Shelf - LH Side Panel 1x Top Shelf - RH Side Panel 1x Lower Back Panel 21x Cam Dowels 28x Wooden Dowels 1x Top Panel... - Page 4 STEP 1: STEP 2: Build the Top Shelf first. Using a Phillips screwdriver, prepare the top shelf side panels by inserting 3x cam dowels (#1) into the smaller holes of BOTH panels D & C. Take panel A and position with the large drill holes on the floor. Insert 1x cam dowel (#1) in the central hole shown using a Phillips screwdriver and push 2x wooden dowels (#2) in the remaining holes.
- Page 5 STEP 3: Insert 2x wooden dowels (#2) into the innermost holes on BOTH edges of STEP 4: panel A. These will insert into the larger holes on panels C& D. The top shelf is now ready for use. Attach the side panels and secure using 3x cam locks (#3) on BOTH sides. NOTE: The shaped side of the side panels to be facing up as shown.
- Page 6 STEP 6: Hardware for Step 5: Take base panel I and insert 2x wooden dowels (#2) into the holes along the top edge. 4x #2 Wooden Dowels Join panel H to panel I using the wooden dowels. Note: Large drill holes of panel H should be facing inwards (so they will not be seen in the finished unit) BACK BASE...
- Page 7 STEP 8: Insert 8x wooden dowels (#2) into the the remaining holes on panel J. Hardware for Step 7: Attach side panel J to the parts already constructed. Note the positioning of panel J - long edge with the groove on the floor. First push the E/F/G panels onto side panel J.
- Page 8 STEP 9: Hardware for Step 10: Insert 8x wooden dowels (#2) into the remaining holes on panel K. Attach the remaining side panel K to the unit. Note the positioning of panel 18x #4 Domed Head Screws K - long edge with the groove on the floor. Push into position on the unit as shown.
