Please read and understand entire instructions before starting installation.

Please note
It is the installers' responsibility to make sure all fasteners (including pre-assembled) are
tightened before operation of motorcycle. Küryakyn will not warranty components that are
lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance may be required.

Allen wrenches.
Procedure
steP 1 Cover the front fender with a towel to prevent scratches.
steP 2 Remove the four fasteners securing the center bridge to the inner and outer clamp
assemblies. Remove the fasteners securing the inner and outer clamp assemblies together.
See PIC.1.
steP 3 Place an inner and outer clamp just below the dust cap on the right fork. Be sure
to orient the inner clamp with the "ears" on the bottom. Loosely secure with the provided
fasteners. See PIC.2. Repeat for the opposite side.

- Page 2 steP 4 Install the center bridge over the two clamp assemblies. Be sure there is clearance between the bottom of the center bridge and the top of the fender. See PIC.3. Adjust the position of the clamps, if necessary. steP 5 Loosely secure the center bridge with the provided fasteners. Square up the entire PIc.3 brace assembly between the forks and then tighten the fasteners securing the inner and outer clamps. Tighten the front fasteners first, then the rear fasteners. steP 6 Tighten the four fasteners on the center bridge.
