Examples: 0x2F means Port 1, Port 2 and Ring are Ok, Port 1 and Port 2 Multi mode transceivers
0x1D means Port 1 signal error, Port 2 Ok, Port 1 and Port 2 Multi mode transceivers
Pending flags will stay active after the Fiber optic signal error or warning status is all right again to indicate an
event in the past. Pending flags are cleared with the Reset push button on the device, ComBricks Headstation
Webpage alarm clear button or with the DPV0 Alarm Conformation module (see paragraph 3.2.2).
