3.2.7 Termination Status

Input Identifier byte: 0x14
The next input byte is to indicate the status of the termination switches on the ProfiHub channels.

Examples:
0x3C = All terminations are ON
0x04 = Only Channel 1 termination is ON

The next input byte is to indicate the communication status of the individual channels.
