A: Place a service call. Your Service Technician can enter a new code.
Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: Place a service call. Your Service Technician can find the old code in the machine
memory.
Q: What happens if I accidentally erase the wrong account?
A: You will have to re-enter the account. You will have lost the copy count since the
counter starts again at zero.
