Now insert rest of the two Pneumatic Wheels into respective holes on plate and tighten the
bolts to fix them.

Attach Steering Push/Pull Bar with Rear-Wheel Axle at its respective slot. Lock it with the
Locking Pin accurately, as shown in image.
NOTE: Steering Push/Pull Bar turns only rear wheels while the front wheels remain fixed.

The Push/Pull Bar can tilt down up to 90°. It stays where you leave, for more operator
convenience, by locking with a ratchet knob.
