Reset or Power-On.
LED Flickers.
Pick-Up moves to the inner-Track.
Rotate disc (Spindle Motor)
Laser on the Pick-up lights.
Focus Search (Through moving up and down the lens of Pick-Up)
Focus Servo On (Q301 Collector : H"
Tracking Servo On
Spindle Servo On
Read TOC Area (LED Flickers)
Read the TOC Area and then pause. (LED Continuous On)
