If the instrument requires servicing, call Thermo Fisher Scientific Technical Support.
Under any of the following conditions, unplug the instrument from the power source
and contact Technical Support:
• When the power cord is damaged or frayed.
Note: Do not replace the power cord. The power cord is replaced by a Thermo
Fisher Scientific field service engineer (FSE).
• If any liquid, such as buffer solution, has been spilled into the instrument.
• If the instrument has been penetrated by water.
• If, after service or calibration, the instrument does not perform in accordance
with the capabilities that are stated in the specifications.
• If the instrument has been dropped or otherwise damaged.
