FIG.A Release the straps securing the side panels as shown in Figure A. FIG.B Remove the front cover as shown in Figure B. Leave the airbox and headlight on the sled, but lift it off the cylinder head and prop it up with a 2x4 to allow access to the injector connectors as shown in Figure C.

FIG.D Using the supplied velcro, secure the PCV to the side of the battery as shown in Figure D. Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching. FIG.E Route the PCV wiring harness along side the main harness up from the battery and over the cylinder head as shown in Figure E.

FIG.G PCV cable Locate the injectors on the cylinder head as shown in Figure G. Unplug the factory connectors from the injectors. Attach the connectors from the PCV to the injectors and factory connectors as shown in Figure G.
