The vibration function is not suitable for all users.
– Please observe the contra-indications on page 9.
NOTE:
Each programme starts with a warm-up phase and ends with
a cooling-down phase. A vibration programme normally lasts
for 10 minutes. The vibration programme will terminate with
light application if an application time of less than 10 minutes
has been entered (example: 7 minute application time, 7
minute vibration programme + 1 minute cooling down
phase).
– Place your feet on the footmarks (1).
– Do not completely lock your knees (2).
– Select Programme 1 as the first application in order to test the
compatibility (3).
– Press the START/STOP button (4/1) to stop the vibration plate if you
think that it is causing discomfort or vertigo.
Press the the EMERGENCY OFF button (4/2) to stop the device.
If the EMERGENCY OFF button is pressed, the device shuts down ex-
cept for the operating panel. The the EMERGENCY OFF can only be op-
erated after a locking period of 2 seconds. Then the device starts again in
the application mode.
