Settings cloning
To store OSD setting of one display into the USB drive and clone the setting to another display.
Press the SET/PLUS button to open the submenu, and then press the UP/DOWN button to toggle
between
x Monitor to USB - When select YES, the OSD setting will be uploaded to USB device.
x USB to monitor - When select YES, the OSD setting will be downloaded from USB device to the display
to change the OSD setting for this display.
Advanced option reset
Reset all settings in the Advanced option menu.
Press the SET/PLUS button to open the submenu, and then press the PLUS/MINUS button to make
selection. Select Reset and press the SET button to restore settings to factory preset values. Press the
EXIT button or select Cancel and press the SET button to cancel and then return to the previous menu.

4.2.8. SOFTWARE UPDATE MENU

Display firmware
Note: This is an advanced function which should be carried out by qualified technicians only. Improper
firmware update could cause damage to the display. Format your USB disk in FAT16 or FAT32 and delete
all irrelevant files stored on it.
Use this function to update display firmware through the USB connector. Save the display firmware you
wish to update in the USB drive, formatted in FAT16 or FAT32. 2 files should be stored in the USB drive,
one with file name "ISP_SPI.HEX" and the other "D7DAXXXX.HEX, where "XXXX" refers to version
information. Insert the USB drive to the display's USB connector. The display will show the detected
firmware version on the screen. Press the SET button to initiate firmware update. The process will take up
to 6 minutes to finish. Do not turn off power while firmware update is in progress.
LAN control firmware
Note: This is an advanced function which should be carried out by qualified technicians only. Improper
firmware update could cause damage to the display. Format your USB disk in FAT16 or FAT32 and delete
all irrelevant files in it.
Use this function to update LAN control firmware through the USB connector. Put LAN control firmware
you wish to update in the USB drive which is formatted in FAT16 or FAT32. One file should be stored in
the USB drive with file name "D7DLXXXX.HEX, where "XXXX" refers to version information. Insert the
USB drive to the display's USB connector. The display will show the detected firmware version on the
screen. Press the SET button to initiate firmware update. The process will take about one minute to finish.
Do not turn off power while firmware update is in progress.
