IMPORTANT!
FULLY charge the FieldFox battery before using the FieldFox for the first time (i.e, The battery will
be fully charged in about 4 hours).
When setting FieldFox on a surface, it is recommended to operate it with the kickstand open. The
cooling is less effective when FieldFox is placed lying down flat on the instrument's back.

Step 1
1. Install the battery pack into the FieldFox
battery compartment. The battery door is
located on the lower-right side of the FieldFox
(i.e., Press and slide the door down to open).

2. Insert the supplied AC/DC adapter (15-19 VDC) into the power connector and
into an electrical outlet (AC/DC adapter is not shown).
- N9912A and N9923A models: The power connector is located on the right side,
under the middle hinged door.
- All other models: The power connector is located on the LEFT side, under the
bottom hinged cover.

kickstand and
