Instructions for users of the FMP gripper / Indicación para el operario encargado de
la garra FMP
You must have been trained before starting operations
with the FMP gripper. You must have read and
understood the operating instructions, in particular the
"Safety" section.
Ensure that only authorized personnel use the device.
You are responsible for third parties in the working area
of the device.
Local safety regulations apply. In Germany, this includes,
but is not limited to, UVV 18.4/VBG 9a "Load-bearing
devices...".
The other safety instructions in this manual do not
replace these laws and regulations, but should be seen
as a supplement to them.
2.
Installation and connections / Instalación y conexiones
2.1 Attaching to the handling system / Fijación al sistema de manipulación
The gripping system is attached using sliding blocks.
Special sliding block strips (1) are integrated into the
main body to hold the sliding blocks. The system can be
adapted directly using the sliding block strip, a robot
flange or a spring-mounted suspension eye. Suitable
attachment kits are listed in the Accessories section. (See
Detail A) (Fig. 2.3-1)
2.2 Vacuum connection and gauge / Conexión de vacío y manómetro
The vacuum supply from the vacuum generator installed
by the customer is applied through a vacuum hose.
The hose is connected using the hose connector (2) (for
the hose diameter, see the Dimensions section). The
gauge (4) may only be connected on the side where there
are no markings in the sliding block strip. (See Detail A)

The solenoid valve (8) can be positioned in front of the
vacuum distributor (9). The large-area gripper and hose
connectors (2) are still the standard versions. (Fig. 2.2-1)

The solenoid valve (8) is screwed directly onto the large-
area gripper. The large-area gripper is equipped with a
threaded connector (11) and a second standard
connector (2). (Fig. 2.2-2)

Como usuario, antes de la puesta en servicio del aparato, Usted
debe haber sido instruido antes de utilizar la garra FMP. Debe
haber leído y entendido estas instrucciones de manejo, en
especial el capítulo de "Seguridad".
Tome las medidas necesarias para que sólo personas
autorizadas trabajen con el dispositivo. En el área de trabajo del
dispositivo, es usted responsable de las terceras personas.
Tienen vigencia las prescripciones de seguridad locales, en
Alemania, entre otras, UVV 18.4/VBG 9a "Dispositivos de
suspensión de carga...".
Otras indicaciones de seguridad que aparezcan en estas
instrucciones no quitan la validez a éstas, sino que deben
entenderse como un complemento.
El sistema de ventosas se fija mediante tuercas correderas. En
el cuerpo base se han integrado ranuras especiales (1)
encargadas de alojar las tuercas correderas. La adaptación se
puede realizar directamente mediante la ranura de tuercas
correderas, una brida para robot o una suspensión elástica. Los
kits de fijación correspondientes se indican en el capítulo
Accesorios. (véase el detalle A) (Fig. 2.3-1)
La alimentación de vacío del generador de vacío aportado por el
cliente se realiza mediante un tubo flexible de vacío.
El tubo flexible se conecta mediante el racor del tubo ( 2 )
(véase el capítulo Dimensiones para consultar el diámetro del
tubo flexible). El manómetro (4 ) solo se puede conectar al
lateral en el que no hay marcas en la ranura de tuercas
correderas. (véase el detalle A) (Fig. 2.3-1)
La electroválvula (8) puede situarse delante del distribuidor de
vacío (9). Los planos aspirantes y los racores de tubo flexible (2)
son los estándar. (Fig. 2.2-1)
La electroválvula (8) se atornilla directamente al plano aspirante.
El plano aspirante está equipado con un racor roscado (11) y un
segundo racor estándar (2). (Fig. 2.2-2)
