Settings: Dim and Theme
Using the Dimmer Function
Press 'Dim' (Rem.30) on the remote or select 'Backlight' from the Menu
to view display and backlight options. The display will show 'Timeout' ,
'On Level' , and 'Dim Level' .
Timeout: Select this option and change the time lapse between placing
the unit on Standby mode and the display going to sleep or dimming.
On Level: Select the brightness of the display when it is on (High/
Medium/Low).
Dim Level: Select the brightness of the 'Dim' level when the unit is
placed on Standby. Selecting 'On' will set the device's clock display to
permanently show while it is on Standby.
Setting a Colour Background Theme
To change the background theme, press the 'Menu' button (Rem.8) and
scroll down to 'System Settings' . Select 'System Settings' , then Select
the first option, 'Theme' . From here, you can choose between Obsidian,
Ruby, Emerald, Pearl, Sapphire, and Amethyst.
Obsidian: White text on a Black background.
Ruby: White text on a Ruby background.
Emerald: White text on an Emerald Green background.
Pearl: Black text on a white background.
Sapphire: White text on a Sapphire Blue background.
Amethyst: Black/White text on an Amethyst Purple background.
