Purpose of the documentation
This product manual supplements the ET 200pro Distributed I/O System operating
instructions. It contains the description of all functions of the ET 200pro IO-Link Master. The
information in this manual and the ET 200pro Distributed I/O System operating instructions
enables you to commission the ET 200pro IO-Link Master.
Information about functions that are generally associated with the ET 200pro Distributed I/O

● In combination with connection module CM IO-Link 4×M12P (6ES7194-4CA20-0AA0)

Compared to the previous version, this manual contains the following changes/additions:
