Diagnostics alarms

For all diagnostic events, diagnostics alarms are output and the SF LED lights up red on the
IO-Link master. You can read out the diagnostics alarms, for example, in the diagnostics
buffer of the CPU. You can evaluate the error codes with the user program.
The following table lists the diagnostics alarms that are detected by the IO-Link master.
