SPLITAFTRÆK LODRET Placering af røgaftræk over tag

med følgende afstandskrav:
Afstand målt vinkelret på tagfladen.
Til ventilationsåbninger el. andre balancerede aftræk.
Højde over skorsten (med rør ført gennem skorsten)
SPLITAFTRÆK VANDRET
Placering af vandret split (røgaftræk og luftindtag ved siden af hinanden)
Samme som placering af luftindtag.
Rør fastgøres omhyggeligt og isoleres hvor nødvendigt.
VANDRET BALANCERET AFTRÆK - Dobbeltrør
System V1, V2 og V3
Max længde af vandret balanceret aftræk er 10 meter minus 1 m (for
bøjning 90°) = 9 meter
Aftræksrørene (forlængerstykkerne) kan frit monteres før eller efter
bøjningen.
HUSK: På det vandrette stykke skal der være en hældning mod kedlen på
1 cm pr. meter.
Tilslutningssæt VANDRET består af:
1 stk. bøjning Ø 60/Ø 100
Desuden skal bruges en pakke med „Vandret aftræk – Premix" som består
af:
1 stk. Vandret aftræk L = 750 mm
1 stk. Dækplade Ø 142/hul Ø 103 mm
1 rl. Pakningsmasse
evt. skal bruges max 9 stk aftræksrør L = 1000 mm
VANDRET BALLANCERET AFTRÆK - Montage - følg numrene
1. Hæng kedlen på plads
2. Bøjningen monteres på kedlens top i røg-/luftstuds
(Evt. placeres et antal aftræksrør på kedlens røg-/luftstuds hvorefter
bøjningen placeres øverst.)
3. Fra midten af bøjning (Ø 60/Ø 100) tegnes en streg hen på væggen

SPLIT FLUE HORIZONTAL
Positioning of the horizontal split (flue outlet and air intake side by side)
Same as positioning of air intake.
Secure the pipe carefully and insulate where necessary.
Maximum length of the horizontal balanced flue is 10 metres minus 1 m
(for 90° bend) = 9 metres.
The flue pipes (the extensions) may be fitted freely before or after the
bend.
REMEMBER: On the horizontal section, there must be a slope of 1 cm
per metre towards the boiler.
The HORIZONTAL connecting set consists of:
1 bend Ø 60 / Ø 100
In addition, a "Horizontal flue – Premix" pack must be used, consisting
of:
1 horizontal flue L = 750 mm
1 cover plate Ø 142 / opening Ø 103 mm
1 tube filler
If necessary, a maximum of 9 flue pipes L = 1000 mm should be used .

Hang the boiler in position
The bend is fitted at the top of the boiler into the flue / air connecting
piece
(If necessary, a number of flue pipes are put on the flue / air con-
necting piece of the boiler, and then the bend is placed on top)
