Afstand til brændbart matr. skal være som Gasreglementet foreskriver vedr.
aftrækskanal (afsnit 5.5) Det vil bl.a. sige:
• Der skal overalt være en afstand på mindst 50 mm fra yderkant røgrør
til brændbart materiale.
• Aftræksrøret SKAL isoleres med min. 25 mm mineraluld* fra og med
første murgennemføring til og med afslutning.
• Mineraluldsisoleringen skal føres med igennem brændbart matr. og
evt. slutte min. 100 mm herfra.
• „Vandrette" aftræksrør skal føres med min. 5 promille fald mod kedel.
• Det „vandrette" luftindtagsrør nærmest murrist skal føres med min.
5 promille fald udad
OBS: Der er afstandskrav fra udvendig aftræksrør til brændbart matr.
* 25 mm mineraluldsisolering medleveres ikke fra BAXI.
El-forbindelse
Kedlens elektriske sikkerhed kan kun garanteres, hvis den tilsluttes en
veldimensioneret jordforbindelse, der svarer til de for kedlen gældende
retningslinier.
Kedlen skal tilsluttes det etfasede 230V-net og jord med det til leverancen
hørende treledede tilledningskabel. Man skal være opmærksom på
polariteten af fase og nul.
El-forbindelse skal udføres med en topolet afbryder, der har en
kontaktåbning på minimum 3 mm.
Skal tilledningskablet udskiftes, skal der bruges et passende kabel „HAR
2
H05 VV-F´3x0,75 mm
med maksimalt 8 mm diameter.

• strømforbindelsen til kedlen afbrydes med den topolede afbryder;
• de to befæstigelsesskruer for kedelstyringens instrumentpanel skrues
af;
• instrumentpanelet drejes;
• befæstigelsesskruerne for låget skrues af; nu kan man nå elforbindelsen
(fig. 5).

Air intake
Distance from flammable materials must be as laid down in the Gas
Regulations regarding a flue duct (section 5.5), that is to say:
• On all sides there must be clearance of at least 50 mm from the outer
edge of the flue pipe to flammable materials.
• The flue pipe MUST be insulated with a minimum of 25 mm mineral
wool* from and including the first wall duct up to and including the
end.
• The mineral wool insulation must be taken through the flammable
material and, if necessary, end at least 100 mm from it.
• "Horizontal" flue pipes must be installed with a drop of at least a 5 per
thousand towards the boiler.
• The "horizontal" air intake pipe next to the wall grating must have a
drop of at least 5 per thousand outwards.
NOTE: There are criteria for the distance from external flue pipes to
flammable materials.
* 25 mm mineral wool insulation is not supplied by BAXI.
Electrical connection
The electrical safety of the boiler can only be guaranteed if it is connected
to a properly rated earth connection which conforms to the directives
applicable to the boiler.
The boiler must be connected to the mono-phase 230V mains supply and
earth by means of the three-core supply cable supplied with it. Attention
must be paid to the polarity of phase and neutral.
Connection to the mains supply must be by means of a double-pole switch
which has a contact separation of at least 3 mm.
If it necessary to replace the supply cable, you must use a suitable "HAR
H05 VV-F'3x0.75 mm_ cable with a maximum diameter of 8 mm.

• Switch off the electrical supply to the boiler by means of the double-
pole switch
• Unscrew the two fixing screws for the instrument panel of the boiler
controls
• Rotate the instrument panel
• Unscrew the fixing screws for the cover; now you can access the
connection to the mains supply (fig. 5)
The 2A fuse is incorporated into the terminal block (in order to check and/
or replace it, the black fuse carrier must be taken out).
