If hydraulics have not been bled, they will operate with jerky, uneven motions and could cause wings to drop rapidly during folding or unfolding.

Slowly engage hydraulic lever, in direction that lowers openers, until oil begins to appear at loosened fittings. Continue engaging lever until all air has been expelled, then tighten that fitting.
