    ITALIANO INSTALLAZIONE Verifiche preliminari Prima di installare STONE verificare i seguenti punti: - Assicurarsi che il dispositivo lavori entro i suoi limiti d’impiego ricavabili dalla tabella delle caratteristiche tecniche. - Verificare che la struttura del cancello sia solida e che il medesimo scorra senza attriti o altri impedimenti.

    ITALIANO ITALIANO Regolazione dei finecorsa Attenzione : Installare obbligatoriamente, se non presenti, i fermi meccanici di apertura e chiusura. I fermi meccanici consistono in tappi di gomma fissati a pavimento che delimitano i punti estremi di apertura e chiusura dell’anta. - Collegare il cavo proveniente dall’impianto allo spezzone di cavo dei finecorsa mediante guaina termoretraibile isolante.

    ITALIANO COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI Raccomandazioni - Il motoriduttore deve essere collegato esclusivamente ad una centrale di comando prodotta dalla società LEB Electronics. - Tutte le operazioni di collegamento devono essere effettuate in assenza di energia elettrica. Cavo di alimentazione - Dal motore elettrico escono quattro fili (230Vac - STONE 230 due fili (24Vdc - STONE 24).

    ITALIANO ITALIANO Sblocco del motoriduttore Lo sblocco manuale determina lo sgancio del motoriduttore dall’anta, consentendo lo spostamento a mano della medesima.     ENGLISH INSTALLATION Preliminary checks Before installing STONE check the following points: - Make sure that the device operates within its limits of employment described in the technical characteristics table. - Make sure that the gate structure is sturdy and that the wing moves without frictions or other impediments.
  • Page 16 ENGLISH Foundation box - Installation - In line with the type of selected installation, place the foundation box, following the indications shown in the figures 4a, 4b and 4c. - Dig a hole as per the measurements shown in fig.2. Foresee an additional space for the pipes of water drainage and electric cables.
  • Page 17 ENGLISH Gearmotor - assembly instructions After positioning the foundation box, assemble all the other components: Fig.5 - Let to pass the motor's cable coming from the installation through the special cable gland Pg9, fitted on the motor's cover. - Connect the cable coming from the installation to the motor's cable piece by means of clamps (fig.5).

  • Page 19 ITALIANO ENGLISH Limit switches set up Warning : for complete safety, the mechanical stops with rubber cap (floor stops) must be fitted in opening and closing of the gate in order to define the extreme points of the run. - Connect the cable coming from the installation to the Limit switches cable piece by means of heat shrinkable tubing (total insulation).

    Ground Yellow-Green Capacitor connection - In the gearmotor STONE 230 connect the capacitor between the black wire (Open) and the brown wire (Close) of the electric engine. Limit switches cable The device is equipped with two magnetic Limit switches. From the Limit switches block three wires come out.

    FRANCAIS INSTALLATION Vérifications préliminaires Avant de procéder avec l'installation de STONE vérifier les points suivants: - S'assurer que le dispositif travaille entre ses limites d'emploi qui peuvent être tirées de la table des caractéristiques techniques. - Vérifier que la structure de la grille est solide et qu'elle glisse sans de frottements ou autres empêchements.
