NOTES!
- The notes (1) to (8) mentioned in the tables 1, 2 and 3 are those from the section 8.1 of
the user's guide. Observe that the environment temperature specification (surrounding the
inverter) for CFW11 XXXX X X O 54 ... inverters is from -10 °C (14 °F) to 40 °C (104 °F). It is
possible to operate this inverter in environments with temperatures surrounding the inverter
up to 50 °C (122 °F) if a derating of 2 % for each °C (1.1 % for each °F) is applied to the
output current. This output current derating is valid for all the switching frequencies.
- The tables 1, 2 and 3 replace the table 8.1 of the user's guide.

3. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

3.1 Mechanical Installation

3.1.1 Installation Environment

Environment conditions for the operation of the inverter:
- Temperature: -10 ºC to 40 ºC (14 °F to 104 °F) - standard conditions (surrounding the inverter).
- From 40 ºC to 50 ºC (104 °F to 122 °F) - current derating of 2 % each °C (or 1.11 % each °F)
above 40 ºC (104 °F).
- Relative Humidity: from 5 % to 90 % non-condensing.
- Altitude: up to 1000 m - standard conditions.
- From 1000 m to 4000 m - current derating of 1 % each 100 m (or 0.3 % each 100 ft) above
1000 m (3,300 ft) altitude.
