User Manual Assembly Instructions 1. Assemble the Waterbase with Frame. Insert the spring legs on the poster frame into the holes in the waterbase. Carefully lay down the poster frame and secure it with the base by using included metal plates and nuts. Lift the unit to its upright position. - Page 6 Illuminated WindPro with Led 3. Unlock the battery compartment with the key provided and open the cover on top. 4. Connect the battery with power supply inside the battery compartment. To remove the battery, disconnect the power cable first, then use the handle to lift the battery out.

User Manual Charging Instructions Product will be delivered with one fully charged battery. How to charge your battery: Remove the battery from the base and properly connect it with the provided charger. Plug the charger into power outlet. The indicator light will turn red. When the light on the charger turns green, battery is fully charged. -
