The cutting quality is poor.
The repair work should be carried out by professionals.Anyconnection or installation errors
will damage the PCBs or components. The repair work should be carried outafter the power
supply is cut off and the discharge of capacitors is completed to avoid electric shock.
The following checking should be done before the maintenance of the cutting machine.
1)
Whether the switches on the front panel of the cutting machine are turned to the correct
position.
2)
Whether the line voltage of the three-phase power supply is within 340~460V; whether
there is phase failure problem.
3)
Whether the power input cable of the cutting machine is correctly and reliably connected.
4)
Whether the ground wire of the cutting machine is correctly and reliably grounded.
5)
Whether the cutting cable is correctly connected and in good contact.
6)
Whether the gas circuit is in good condition; whether the gas regulator is normal.
7)
Whether the terminals on the PCBs are connected and in good contact.

5.2 Replacing the gas filter element

Replace the gas filter element according the steps below.
1)
Cut off the power, pull out the power cable, and disconnect the air supply device.
2)
Press the blue plastic buckle on the copper connector for the filter, and pull out the gas
hose.
3)
Remove the fixing frame for the filter from the machine or remove the big black nut on the
filter with a big wrench, and the filter can be removed from the fixing frame.
4)
Rotate the filter cup counterclockwise to remove it from the filter.
5)
Wash the filter cup, and reinstall it on the filter after it is air-dried.
1)
Check and make sure that the cutting torch is operated
correctly.
2)
Check if the wearing parts are worn or damaged, and
replace them if necessary.
