  • Page 7 All Nauticam housings with M16 accessory port are compatible with the NA-DP4. For camera housings with M14 or 1/2inch thread size of accessory ports, specific socket extensions and HDMI bulkhead are also available. Each set of NA-DP4 Housing is supplied with three different lengths of HDMI cables for camera output.
  • Page 8 1. After verifying that the main O-ring is in good condition, lightly coat it with the lubricant provided. 2. Make sure the O-ring groove located in the front part of the housing is free from any foreign material; the groove can be cleaned with the aid of a microfiber cloth.
  • Page 9 For installing the standard HDMI bulkhead with M16 thread: Unscrew the M16 plug from the threaded hole with a coin. Tighten the HDMI bulkhead with a spanner. iii. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI bulkhead.
  • Page 10 Connect the HDMI cable to the camera's HDMI connector. For installing the custom HDMI bulkhead to use with extension (NA-NEX7 for example): Unscrew the M16 plug from the thread hole with a coin. Tighten the socket extension to the camera housing with a spanner.
  • Page 11 iii. Insert the HDMI cable through the threaded hole from inside of the housing. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI bulkhead. Tighten the HDMI bulkhead by turning the threaded ring on the socket extension. Connect the HDMI cable to the camera's HDMI connector.
  • Page 12 For connecting NA-DP4 to HDMI bulkhead: Unscrew the threaded cap of the HDMI bulkhead. iii. Unscrew the threaded cap of the NA-DP4 HDMI cable. iii. Align and plug the HDMI cable in the HDMI bulkhead. Tighten the connection by turning the threaded ring on the HDMI cable.
  • Page 13 O-ring with the provided lubricant before reinstalling it in the groove. A damaged O-ring should be discarded immediately and replaced only with one that is provided by NAUTICAM. 4. Replace the main O-ring annually.
