5.4 Security

Use this tab page to configure Security settings.
Password Check
Use this feature to determine when a password entry is required. Select Setup to require the
password only when entering setup. Select Always to require the password when entering
setup and at each bootup. The options are Setup and Always.
Setup Administrator Password
Use this feature to set the administrator password, which is required to enter the BIOS setup
utility. The length of the password should be from 3 characters to 20 characters long.
 Secure Boot
Secure Boot Support
Select Enable for secure boot support to ensure system security at bootup. The options
are Disabled and Enabled.
Secure Boot Mode
This feature allows the user to select the desired secure boot mode for the system. The
options are Standard and Custom.
*If Secure Boot Mode is set to Custom, Key Management features will be available
for configuration.
