CHANGING THE ROTOR

For transportation, storage, maintenance, tool maintenance or any other
operation outside of using the tool,
1- Using an open-ended spanner (15), block the transmission shaft of rotor
2- Release rotor turning anticlockwise by hand. If the rotor cannot be released by hand, use a pair
of pliers.
3- Attention, keep joint.
Perform the operation in reverse order to assemble the rotor on the machine

CHANGING THE FLYWEIGHTS

For transportation, storage, maintenance, tool maintenance or any other
operation outside of using the tool,
1- Remove rotor n°6 from the desuckering head (see instructions above).
2- Remove joint, washer and then the 4 worn flyweights (Fig. 2A).
3- Replace the flyweights in the original position (Fig. 2B).
4- Put washer into position and then joint. If necessary, replace washer and joint (Fig. 2C)
5- Tighten and block the rotor on the machine
you must unplug the tool.
