6. Start-up

Charge the medical device fully before you use them for the first time.
 Attach the adaptor to the
power supply unit.
 Plug the charger into an
power socket.
 Connect the charging cable up to the charging
socket on the handpiece drive.
LED orange: Battery is charging.
LED green: Battery is charged.
The handpiece drive will not switch to standby mode as long as it is plugged into
the charging cable.

Charging the battery

 Connect the charging cable
into the foot control charging
socket.
LED orange: Battery is
charging.
LED off: Battery is
charged.
