What You Need

Use only the tools and materials described in this manual. Using other tools or materials
could damage the machine or cause injury.
1. Hex screwdriver
Use this to remove black hexagonal-head screws from the machine.
2. Newspaper or other paper
To prevent toner and other stains getting on the floor, spread sheets of paper out where
you intend to place the removed parts.

Maintenance Kits

The following maintenance kits are available. The parts to be replaced are different for each
type.
TCRU/ORU Type (Set A)

Charger unit

PCU cleaning unit

Photoconductor unit
Each of the above parts is supplied as a group of four that corresponds to the four toner
colors.

ITB cleaning unit

Fuser cleaning unit

Fuser belt smoothing roller

Paper feed rollers

