Replacing the Toner Bottle

This section explains how to replace toner bottles before they become empty.

A message will appear when it nears the time to replace a component.

If the toner bottle is replaced before this message appears, the remaining toner
level is not updated and the remaining toner level before replacing the toner bottle
appears instead.

If the toner bottle is replaced after this message appears, the message will appear
at the correct time according to the actual remaining toner level.

If the toner has run out and the cover is open, close the cover and check the status.
1. Access the Adjustment Settings for Skilled Operators menu.

2. Press [Machine: Maintenance].
3. Press [Unscrew/Screw-on Cap to Replace Toner Bottle].
4. Press the key corresponding to the color of the toner bottle you want to replace.
