Fan Oven
The left hand oven is a fanned gas oven. In a fan oven the air
circulates around the oven providing an even temperature on
all the shelf positions. Due to the circulation of hot air, t h e f a n
oven does not require preheating, except for certain delicate
d i s h e s .
Two shelves provide six possible cooking levels. Each shelf has
a safety stop to prevent it from being pulled out too far when
attending to food. Shelves are removed from the oven by
pulling them out to the stop and then lifting them at the front
to withdraw.
A heat shield is provided for one oven shelf and should always
be fitted when the shelf is used in the lower two positions. This
shield can be removed for cleaning
