Solution
Go to 'Control panel' and
select 'Audio and sound
devices'. Select 'Speech' and
make sure both playback and
voice recording are set to
'USB audio device'.
Open Skype and select
'Tools'. Select 'Options'. At
the 'Privacy' settings, select
'manage other programs
access Skype' and make sure
only the Butler is shown in the
list.
Open Skype and select
'Tools'. Select 'Options'. At
the 'Sound devices' settings,
make sure all are set to the
'USB audio device'.
Go to 'Control panel' and
select 'Audio and sound
devices'. Select 'Audio' and
make sure both playback and
