NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis ( ) are reference numbers for parts listed in Bill of Materials.

Installation instructions for kit number 1002323

DESCRIPTION:

This kit contains the parts needed to install a seat prop rod stiffener on the model 6100
sweeper.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: Hand drill,
(Estimated time to complete: 1 hour)

PREPARATION:

(Refer to FIG. 1)
1. Place machine on a clean level surface.
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing machine, stop on level surface and set parking
brake. Then turn off machine and remove key.

INSTALLATION:

(Refer to FIG. 1)
1. Remove the shroud from the right hand side of the machine.
2. Align the reinforcement plate (1) with the lower edge of the prop rod groove.
3. Using the reinforement plate (1) as a template, mark and drill four mounting holes in the
right hand side of the machine.
4. Mount the reinforcement plate (1) with four hex screws (2), washers (4) and hex nuts (3).
5. Replace the shroud on the right hand side of the machine.
