Replacing the battery
To allow permanent saving of the system information, a lithium battery is
installed which supplies the CMOS memory with power. When the battery
charge becomes too low, a corresponding error message is displayed. In this
case, the lithium battery must be replaced.
When you look at the server blade from the front, the CMOS battery is located
at the right edge of the blade housing (see

Incorrect replacement of batteries can lead to risk of explosion. The
batteries must be replaced with an identical battery or with a battery type
recommended by the manufacturer.

Make sure you insert the battery the right way round.
