7. Telephone connection

The SD1+ can be connected to the analog telephone network (PSTN) in a number
of ways. Be sure to observe the regulations in your country for connecting analog
terminals to the telephone network.
1. Exclusive use of the telephone connection:
a) Direct connection to the phone line*
2. Non-exclusive use of the telephone connection (with other terminals):
a) Direct connection to the phone line*
b) Connection using an RJ11 adapter connector; use a country-specific connector:
Example: TAE-N cable for operation in Germany.
*Please note that in some countries the first telephone socket can only be used by the telephone

company and can only be opened by company personnel.
