Removing the grey sheath for installing HVI
supporting tube
When installing HVI
®
in the area around the integrated equipotential bonding spring element. For this purpose, we recom-
mend to use the DEHNhelix stripping tool (Part No. 597 230). Figure 3 shows the specified measures
for the part to be stripped to electrically contact the semiconductive special sheath. These measures
must be unconditionally observed.
