Building the False Chimney Breast.

Use the Build-in frame mounted on the front of the appliance as guide (fig. 2.1).
Use Promatec, Ytong or a similar non combustible material.

Service hatch

The gas valve is for transport assembled on the side of the appliance. Demount it and
place the gas valve together with the valve support on an chosen place near the fire
behind the service hatch ( max 1m away).

Placing the Log/Twig set or pebbles.

Place the pebbles (fig. 1-3).
In case of logs or twigs spread the bottom of the appliance over with the half of the
decorative black materials.
Place the Twig set (fig. 1-1) or Log set (fig. 1-2).
Spread the rest of the decorative black materials between the logs or twigs, never
spread over more than one layer.
Always check if the pilot light can be seen!

Placing the glass

Two suction pads are delivered with the appliance to make placing/removal easier.
Always clean the suction lifters before use
Place the suction lifters on the glass and bring the handles towards each other
(fig. 3-1)
Slide the top of the glass carefully in the glass opening and simultaneously slide the
glass upwards (fig. 3-2)
Turn the bottom of the glass backwards
Slide the glass downwards till it stops
Screw the strips at each side (fig. 3-3)
Place the seal cord around the glass opening and check for soundness
(fig. 3-4)
Place the decorative bottom strip (fig. 3-5)
Place the decorative side strips over de magnets (fig. 3-6)
Remove stains from the glass (they can't be removed after the fire has been lit)

Removing the glass

Removing the glass goes in reverse order.
