    Paper Jam Elimination When printer cutter jammed and the top cover cannot be opened, you can eliminate the jammed paper by re-initiating the printer: Turn off the power switch. Restart the printer. The cutter will return to normal status and you can open the top cover to remove the jammed paper from the cutter.
