Perform the adjustment while confi rming whether components come in cotack with one another.
Sew by hand the actual sewing materials with the thread actually used, and confi rm the result to adjust.
(Basis)
Stretch thread between section A of spreader 1 and section B of the looper as shown in the illustration given
below, and hook thread on hook needle 2 . Accordingly, stitch skipping occurs even wnen the loop at the needle
top is large or small.
Turn by hand the sewing machine to perform two to three stitches, and confi rm the loop which is made on the
needle top.
1) Adjust so that when the loop of needle thread is hooked on thread groove B by looper 3 , simultaneously top
end C of spreader 1 catches the thread.
2) At this time, when the loop is large and the thread cannot be caught on thread groove B of the looper, loosen
screw 4 in the looper arm to advance the meeting timing of the looper 3 and the needle. At the same time,
advance the timing of spreader 1 according to the timing of the looper.
3) On the contrary, when the loop is small and the thread cannot be caught on thread groove B , delay the meeting
timing of looper 3 and the needle. At the same time, delay the timing of the spreader 1 according to the timing
of the looper 3 . Adjust so that the spreader 1 securely catches the loop and carries it to hook needle 2 .

調整は、部品どうしが接触しないか、十分確認しな
がら行なってください。
実際の縫製物を実際に使う糸で、手回しで縫いなが
ら確認し調整します。
（基本）
図のスプレッダー 1 の A 部とルーパーの B 部で糸
を張り、かぎ針 2 に糸を掛けます。従って、針先の
ループは、大きくても小さくても目飛びが発生しま
す。
2 〜 3 針、手でミシンを回し針先にできるループを
確認します。
1） ルーパー 3 が針糸のループを糸溝 B に掛けた
と同時に、スプレッダー 1 の先端 C が糸を捕
そくするように合わせます。
2） この時、ループが大きくルーパーの糸溝 B に糸
が掛からないときには、ルーパー腕のねじ 4 を
ゆるめ、ルーパー 3 と針の出合うタイミングを
早めます。同時にスプレッダー 1 のタイミング
もルーパーに合わせ早めます。
3） 逆に、ループが小さく、ルーパーの糸溝 B に糸
が掛からないときには、ルーパー 3 と針の出合
うタイミングを遅らせます。 同時にスプレッダー
1 のタイミングもルーパーに合わせ遅らせます。
スプレッダー 1 が確実にループを捕そくし、か
ぎ針 2 に渡すよう調整します。
