Note
If the X- and/or Y-axes are reset or preset while executing the bolt hole circle function mode, the axes return to the original present values (the
values before entering the bolt hole circle mode) after processing finishes.
Z-axis reset and preset operations are unaffected. Reset and preset values remain after processing finishes. Datum point setting operations
are also unaffected, and the datum point setting values also remain after processing finishes.

Operating Procedure
Press the Execute key to start the BH
program.
Note
• Align the scale position with the center
of the circle before starting.
The position of the No. 1 hole is displayed.
The bolt hole circle mode LED flashes.
Move the X- and Y-axis scales so that the
display becomes "0".
An arrow indicator appears on the moved
axis.
When the value approaches "0", the
arrow indicator flashes.
When the value is equal to "0", the
arrow indicator goes out.
• If the scale is moved at high speed, the
arrow indicator may not go out even
though "0" is passed.
• See 5-14-8 for the range in which the
arrow indicator starts to flash.
Press the Execute key.
The position of the No. 2 hole is displayed.
After processing of the last hole is
finished, press the Execute key to End the
operation.
If an operation is performed when End is
displayed, the display will return to the
present values. However, the scale does
not exit bolt hole circle function mode. If
t h e s c a l e i s m o v e d t o t h e c e n t e r
coordinates and the Execute key is
pressed again, the operation is repeated
using the same parameters.
If an operation is performed when End is
displayed, the display will return to the
present values.
If an operation is performed while the bolt
hole circle function mode is in progress,
the display returns to the present values.
The PRG, BH and REF-LEDs all go out.
