In subtractive counting mode: As soon as 0 has been reached, the SIO output is set for an adjustable
period of time at the user interface (X13). Then the counter switches to the preselected value and coun-
ting begins again.
off
In additive counting mode: As soon as the preselected value has been reached, the SIO output is set at
the user interface (X13). The counter continues counting until it reaches 999999 and then moves to 0 at
the next IO bolting action.
If the red Set button is pressed, the SIO output is reset at the user interface (X13) and the counter is put
at 0.
In subtractive counting mode: As soon as 0 has been reached, the SIO output is set at the user interface
(X13). The counter moves to 999999 at the next IO bolting action and then counts down from there.
If the red Set button is pressed, the SIO output is reset at the user interface (X13) and the counter chan-
ges to the preselected value.
Relay
This parameter determines the counter relay's functional mode (no = "normally open" = break contact,
nc = "normally closed" = make contact).
Delay
The duration of the SIO signal for the "Loop" setting is set at the user interface (X13) using Delay.
100 ms, 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms and 500 ms can be used for this setting.
dp
A decimal point can be set using this parameter.

2.9.6 Error Acknowledgement

After an error, the respective error message is set and the green LED "BTB" (ready for operation) goes
out. The subsequent power tool starts are ignored until the error is corrected and acknowledged.
Acknowledgement of errors:
– Press "RESET" button (fig. 7/10).
The power unit resets existing error states.

The IO sums counter counts all IO bolting actions, also for unbolting. The counting of the bol-
ting processes during unbolting can be prevented by selecting the parameters so that unbol-
ting is always evaluated as a false bolting process.
Errors occurring in the voltage supply module can be reset only by switching the power unit
off/on.
