Cheese waffles I
Approx. 8 waffles
Ingredients: 200 g butter or marga-
rine, 4  eggs, ½ tsp salt, 100 g flour,
100 g cornflour, ½ tsp baking pow-
der, 1/8 l warm water, 2 tbsp Parme-
san cheese (or more, according to your
taste), paprika.
Preparation: see pizza waffles.
Options: fresh tomatoes, cut into
thin slices, onions, peppers, ham,
mushrooms etc.
Cheese waffles II
Approx. 8 waffles
Ingredients: 160 g butter or margari-
ne, 4 eggs, 50 g mild cheese in small
cubes, 50 g Parmesan cheese, 100 g

flour, 4 tbsp milk, 1 tsp baking pow-
der, some salt.
Preparation: Beat egg white until stiff,
beat butter and egg yolks until fro-
thy, then add cheese, warm milk and
the sieved flour. Add the whipped egg
white last.
Salty waffles
Approx. 4-6 waffles
Ingredients: 250 g flour, 3/8 l milk,
2 egg yolks, ½ tsp salt, 50 g melted
butter, ½ bag baking powder, 2 whip-
ped egg whites.
Preparation: Prepare a smooth dough
from flour, baking powder, milk, egg
yolk and salt, add the melted butter
and the whipped egg white last.
