Cause
The product is trapped.
The cabling to the sensor circuit board
is faulty or has come loose.
The front loop sensor circuit board is
faulty.
The main circuit board is faulty.
The tilt sensor has incorrect values
User settings failed to save and the
product has been reset to factory set-
tings.
Resetting settings has failed.
Communication problems between the
HMI circuit board and main circuit
board
HMI circuit board memory problem

Action
Free the product and rectify the reason.

the cable is not damaged, pinched, or
that the connector is not damaged.
