Making Kibbeh

Making Sausages

• Place the blade, separator and sausage accessories on the end of the shaft. (Figure
11).
• Place the fixing ring. Place the tray.
• Leave the sausage skin for 10 minutes in warm water
Put the outer skin you'll use on the sausage accessories.
• If the skin gets stuck onto the accessories, wet it with some water.
• Press the on/off button and turn the appliance on.
• Place the meat that you have previously ground and spiced into the tray and feed it
through the feed tube with the pusher.
• The mixture you have prepared will start to be penetrate into the outer skin. When the
sausage reaches the desired length, you can tie it with a string.
Making Tomato Paste
1. Insert the wire filter to the juice sleeve as shown. (Figure 14).
2.Install the shaft of the juice accessories to the appliance equipped with feeding tube
and shaft as shown. Place the case with the wire filter on it and secure it with the fixing
ring. (Figure 15).
• Attach the kibbeh accessories on the end of the shaft.
(Figure 8).
• Place the fixing ring. Place the tray. (Figure 9).
• Plug it in and place the mixture in the tray. Push it towards
the feeder with the pusher. (Figure 10).
• You can cut it in the desired lengths and fill it in.
