3. Install the Juice tray. (Figure 16).
4. Install the plastic screw. (Figure 17).
5. Place on the Juice lid on the wire filter, therefore, it will prevent splashing during the
purée process.
WARNING!
Use the small shaft only for making tomato paste. For other operations, large-size
shaft must be used.

Cleaning

Due the blades are very sharp, please be careful using this appliance.
WARNING!
Never wash the parts of the appliance in the dishwasher.
• Before you clean the appliance, switch the appliance
off and remove the plug from the socket.
Meat left in the cutter housing may be removed from the
inside of the appliance by passing a slice of bread.
Remove the pusher handle and the tray.
Remove the fixing ring and remove the other parts.
(Figure 12).
Remove the feeder tube by putting the locking switch to
the down position. (Figure 13).
Wash all parts that have come into contact with meat in
hot water. Clean the accessorieses immediately after
use. Attach them once you are sure they are dried.
• We advise you to lubricate the cutter unit and the
grinding discs with some vegetable oil.
