NOTE!
The air passage under the engine body must be free and not blocked.
WARNING!
The parts should not be loose when mounted. If it is loose, the meat grinding
process may not give good results since the pieces will move.

Operating

1. Install the appliance as described above.
2. Place it on a flat ground
3. Plug it.
4. Turn the On/Off switch.

Meat Grinding

Cut the meat into strips that are 10 cm long and 2 cm thick.
Place the meat in the tray. Push the meat towards the unit with the pusher.
WARNING!
Clean the bones, gristle, and nerves before passing the meat through the grinder.
CAUTION!
Never use frozen meat!
WARNING!
Never push the meat with your fingers or any other equipment. Use the pusher.
WARNING!
If your appliance becomes clogged, stop the appliance and turn the switch to
reverse position to take out the food. Wait for the appliance to stop completely before
switching on the reversal mode. Turn the on/off switch again to continue grinding.
