1.4 Einsatzbereich Die Abwasserhebeanlagen der Kompaktboy dienen zur Entsorgung (Sammeln und Fördern) von häuslichen und industriellen Abwässern, auch mit Fäkalien, die unterhalb der Kanalrückstauebene anfallen. Die Schmutzwasser Hebeanlagen der Baureihe Kompaktboy dürfen nicht zur Förderung von Abwässern eingesetzt werden, welche Inhaltsstoffe enthalten die die Materialien der Pumpe oder des Sammelbehälters angreifen oder schädigen. -

Direkt an der Maschine angebrachte Hinweise wie z.B. - Drehrichtunspfeil - Kennzeichen der Fluidanschlüsse müssen unbedingt beachtet und in vollständig lesbarem Zustand gehalten werden. 2.2 Personalqualifikation und Schulung Das Personal für Bedienung, Wartung, Inspektion und Montage muss die entsprechende Qualifikation für diese Arbeiten aufweisen. Verantwortungsbereich, Zuständigkeit und die Überwachung des Personals müssen durch den Betreiber genau geregelt sein. -

Grundsätzlich sind Arbeiten an der Maschine nur im Stillstand durchzuführen. Die in der Betriebsanleitung beschriebene Vorgehensweise zum Stillsetzen der Maschine muss unbedingt eingehalten werden. Pumpen oder Pumpenaggregate, die gesundheitsgefährdende Medien fördern, müssen dekontaminiert werden. Unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Arbeiten müssen alle Sicherheits- und Schutzeinrichtungen wieder angebracht bzw. -

4.2 Aufbau und Arbeitsweise Durch die seitlichen Zuläufe DN 50 und DN 100 oder den oberen Zulauf DN 50 / DN 100 (HT- Rohr) läuft das Abwasser (natürliches Gefälle) in den Sammelbehälter der Abwasser- Hebeanlage Kompaktboy. Der Sammelbehälter ist für drucklosen Betrieb ausgelegt, d. h., das anfallende Abwasser wird drucklos zwischengespeichert und anschließend in den Abwasserkanal gefördert. -

5.2.1 Aufstellung Die Abwasser-Hebeanlagen der Baureihe Kompaktboy werden am Aufstellungsort nach eventuell vorhandenen Rohrleitungen ausgerichtet. Hier wird sie nun genau waagerecht aufgestellt und mittels der mitgelieferten Fixierungsschrauben am Boden befestigt. 5. Installation 5.1 Preparations A correct and proper montage is pivotal for the failure-free operation of the pump station. For this reason, the following points must be observed: The place of installation should be a well ventilated, dry and rust-free room. The place of installation must be large enough. -

1.4 Domaine d’application Les stations de relevage des eaux usées de la série Kompaktboy servent à l’évacuation (collecte et refoulement) des eaux usées domestiques et industrielles, contenant ou non des matières fécales, s’écoulant en dessous du niveau de reflux des canalisations. Les stations de relevage des eaux chargées de la série Kompaktboy ne doivent pas être utilisées pour le refoulement d’eaux usées contenant des matières qui pourraient altérer ou endommager les matériaux de la pompe ou du bac collecteur. -
